What is the ruling on one who makes a mistake in the Qur'an by saying "Bismillah al-Rahim al-Rahman"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to say "Bismillah al-Rahim al-Rahman" instead of "Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim"?

The Shaykh : Is his intention recitation contrary to the Qur'an, or not? If his intention is recitation, it is forbidden, because the Qur'an is composed in its words and also in its verses.

The questioner : The Shaykh, may Allah reward you with good, some people said:
and the rest of the ambiguous verses وأخر متشابهات
that it is in the names and attributes?

The Shaykh : This will come, if Allah wills, in the benefits.
