What is the ruling on one who dyes his beard black to propose to a woman, so that it is said of him that he is young?

The Shaykh : This is also a form of deception (tadlis). A man proposes to a woman, and he fears that if people see his white beard, they will say he is old, so he dyes it black. We say this is deception. Yes, Abdullah!

The questioner : Dye, meaning he puts the black on top and the white underneath. Is this deception?
