The full ritual bath before entering the state of ihram and before going to Mina is better

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: If a person intending to perform Hajj descends from Makkah on the eighth day of Dhu al-Hijjah and takes a full ritual bath in Mina, is that sufficient for him, and what is required of him?

Answer: If he takes a full ritual bath in Mina, there is no blame on him, but it is better that he take the full ritual bath before entering the state of ihram in his house or in any place in Makkah, then enter the state of ihram for Hajj in his residence, and there is no need for him to enter the Sacred Mosque for circumambulation; because the one who goes out to Mina on the Day of Tarwiyah is not required to bid farewell to the Sacred Mosque. If he enters the state of ihram without taking a full ritual bath, there is no blame on him, and if he takes a full ritual bath afterwards in Mina while in the state of ihram, there is nothing wrong with it, but the better and the recommended practice is that his full ritual bath be before he enters the state of ihram. If he does not take a full ritual bath, but enters the state of ihram without a full ritual bath or without ablution, there is no blame on him; because the full ritual bath is a recommended practice and ablution is a recommended practice in this case.
