Ruling on Delaying the Tarawih Congregation to the End of the Night

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a group of people were to say: We want to gather and pray at the end of the night instead of praying with the people at the beginning of the night?

Answer:
Praying with the people in the mosques is better; because it has become a distinguishing mark; the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed with them after the 'Isha' prayer because it is more convenient for the people......
Q: If the congregation agrees with the imam to make their prayer at the end of the night?
If they are in a specific village, there is no harm; because the end of the night is better. But there may be mosques, and there may be hardship for the people. This person follows this one and that one follows this one; so it becomes a hardship for the people........
His (peace and blessings be upon him) going out, and they were in the mosque, so he went out in the middle of the night to pray, and they prayed with him. It was not a beginning from when he prayed 'Isha', rather he had entered his house and then went out in the middle of the night.
