It is well known that disagreement is one of the sunnahs of Allah the Exalted, so we ask the Shaykh to clarify the best ways to be saved from it and to work on reducing it?

The Shaykh : And may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment. A little remains of my speech; the last point we reached was the reminder that it is among the sunnahs of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in His servants that they may differ in understanding some issues. I say: now, we must do two things. The first is that we cooperate to understand the text from the Book and the Sunnah correctly, such that if it were usually possible for there to be no disagreement among us, that would be obligatory upon us. But if it is not possible, as indicated by the sunnah of Allah in His creation and in the Companions of His Prophet, as we mentioned earlier, then at the very least we must strive to reduce disagreement. If eliminating disagreement is not possible, we must strive to reduce it, because—may Allah have mercy on you—we do not hold what the majority of Muslims today hold, in their general statement that disagreement is mercy. This statement, even though it is not found except in a denounced, indeed fabricated, hadith, namely:
The disagreement of my ummah is mercy اختلاف أمتي رحمة
, even though it is not found except in such a hadith, it contradicts the texts of the Book and the Sunnah which call the entire ummah not to divide as long as they are able to do so. But if someone says: if it is not possible to remove disagreement from its root, as you admit it occurred among the Companions of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), if this is not possible, it does not mean that we turn... Muslims in their lands, but they do not know the right way. Likewise, there are other people who claim to have been inspired that the Mahdi will appear soon, and that he is preparing the advisory council so that when the Mahdi comes, he will find the council ready. So he took, as it is said in modern expression today, to recruit some individuals from all groups and parties, until he reached some of our Salafi brothers and took many of them, meaning he employed them in his advisory council. But they did not deviate from the Salafi call, especially after they contacted me and informed me of his news. He even recruited some individuals from the Nasiris. This indicates to one who has insight in his religion that the man is not on the guidance of his Lord, because he combines the righteous with the wicked. He gathered some Salafis, some Muslim Brothers, some Nasiris, and some Naqshbandis, followers of the Naqshbandi order, and so on. Then he depicted to people that he has a boy who has not yet reached the age of accountability, and that this boy communicates directly with the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). This claimant is named Ahmad, Doctor Ahmad.
The student : Ahmad 'Ayd.

The Shaykh : Ahmad 'Ayd, his name is Ahmad 'Ayd. Whenever he wants something from the unseen, for example, if a person named Zayd is suitable for the advisory council, he presents this request to that boy he has. The boy does nothing but put his hand on his forehead and think, and then he sees the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), as Doctor Ahmad 'Ayd claims, sees the Messenger while awake, and speaks to him and asks him, saying: O Messenger of Allah, what do you say about so-and-so, son of so-and-so? Is he suitable for the advisory council or for another job or something else? If he says he is suitable, he admits him into his group. If he says he is not suitable, he does not admit him into his group. Then we sent one of our brothers to him, and perhaps you have heard of him, his name is:Eid Abbasi : , the author of the book: "The Innovation of Sectarianism," and this is one of the best things found in the present age on this topic. He debated and argued with him, and the debate between them was recorded. In summary, the man finally exposed his affair and fled from Damascus, but he sowed his seeds in Oman, and I hear from time to time that so-and-so has become one of his group, and so-and-so has become one of his group. What also makes people accept such delusions? They also want to relieve the distress that has befallen the Muslims due to the pressure of the disbelievers and the colonizers from among these disbelievers. They want an exit, but they do not know the right way.
