The Meaning of Stepping Over People's Shoulders and the Distinction Between the Two

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is stepping over people's shoulders the same as separating two people?

Answer:
This and that: one does not separate two people who are sitting between them, nor does he separate them and sit between them. He lines up where the row ends; he does not separate people.
And another matter: one does not step over people's shoulders in the rows. He goes to the end of the row and does not step over people's shoulders unless he finds a gap that they left open. It is they who did wrong. He steps over it to fill the gap. But if the rows are straight, he does not step over anything. He does not go around; he goes to the end of the row and lines up, and he does not go around by stepping over people's shoulders.
