A man was appointed to the judiciary but has little knowledge; should he try to escape it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A man was appointed to the judiciary but has little knowledge; should he try to escape it or commit to it?

Answer:
If he knows from himself that he is incapable of judging, it is obligatory for him to resign or excuse himself, and he should not entangle himself in what harms him. He knows himself best; if he knows from himself that his knowledge is scant and that he is not good at judging between people, and this is not mere illusions or suspicions, but something he understands and comprehends well, then he is required to resign or excuse himself so that he does not fall into pitfalls that harm him and others. But what I fear most is that this may be illusions or whispers and discouragement from Satan; this is what one should be cautious of.
