One who falls into disbelief is treated as a disbeliever

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A questioner asks: Is everyone who falls into major shirk (associating partners with Allah) considered a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah), and are the rulings for mushrikin (those who associate partners with Allah) applied to them?

Answer:
Yes, whoever disbelieves in Allah becomes a disbeliever, and whoever associates partners with Allah becomes a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah), just as whoever believes in Allah and His Messenger becomes a muwahhid (one who affirms the oneness of Allah) and a believer. As for the one to whom the call has not reached, he is not called a believer or a disbeliever, and he is not treated as a Muslim; rather, their affair is left to Allah on the Day of Resurrection. They are the people of ignorance to whom the call did not reach. These people will be tested on the Day of Resurrection. Allah will send to them a neck of fire, and it will be said, "Enter." Whoever responds will find it coolness and peace for him, and whoever does not respond will enter the Fire. We ask Allah for safety. The point is that whoever the call reaches, and he does not believe and does not submit to Islam, is a disbeliever and an enemy of Allah.
