The Shaykh : Eating and drinking with the left hand is forbidden. The one who eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand is imitating Satan, following Satan, and deviating from the guidance of the Most Merciful. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man eating with his left hand and said: and he became unable to raise it to his mouth. This indicates that a person must eat with his right hand and drink with his right hand. Even when you are eating, do not drink with your left hand; drink with your right hand. Even if the cup or vessel becomes soiled, it does not matter; it is washed.
