How did we stipulate deliberation in the judge's ruling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : An example of being deliberate?

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : An example of being deliberate is a position that requires deliberation.

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : Being deliberate, an example?

The Shaykh : We mentioned the opposite of the deliberate person, which is the hasty one. We said: if two litigants come to him, and the plaintiff presents his evidence, and the judge says, "Yes, O defendant, give him his right," that is haste. Deliberation means he is patient, waits, and studies the case from all angles, especially some complex cases. As for simple matters, he decides them, but some complex matters, such as inheritance from a long time ago, or matters of blood, or things that require caution, he must exercise caution in them.

The questioner : O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes.
