What is the ruling on praying the 'Asr prayer after the sun has turned yellow?

After the sun has turned yellow, is the 'Asr prayer performed as its due time or as a make-up?

A: He makes it up, and this is the most cautious approach to avoid the difference of opinion; otherwise, it is invalid. However, if he makes it up to avoid the difference of opinion, that is good. Otherwise, he is not required to make it up because he deliberately delayed it, except through repentance. He should repent to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and make up for it.
