What is the authenticity of the hadith (Greeting before speaking) according to Al-Albani, knowing that some people consider you contradictory in this?

And if he retracted, why did he not indicate, for example, that he said he had graded it good or weak? Then they say to you, our argument is that the student of knowledge reads both books, what do they know, did Al-Albani say good or fabricated?!
