What is the authenticity of the hadith: (That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Aisha to perform ruqyah on him during his illness with the Mu'awwidhat)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: Well, I listened to a cassette tape discussing ruqyah, and among what was narrated is that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in his illness, he ordered me to blow upon him with the Mu'awwidhat." I listened to a noble brother speaking about healing with the Qur'an and about the topic of ruqyah, and among what came in his speech is
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he was in his death illness, Aisha said: He ordered me to blow upon him with the Mu'awwidhat أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - لما كان في مرض موته تقول عائشة : أمَرَني أن أنفُثَ عليه بالمعوذات
and he attributes this to al-Bukhari, so what do you say?

The Shaykh: This is authentic.

The questioner: Correct.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner: Well, if this is authentic, is there a contradiction between this and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him)
and they do not perform ruqyah ولا يسترقون
in the hadith of the seventy thousand?

The Shaykh: Where is the contradiction?

The questioner: Yes, that
seventy thousand from my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning سبعين ألفًا من أمتي يدخلون الجنة بغير حساب
.

The Shaykh : It is known.

The questioner : It is known.

The Shaykh: Where is the contradiction in the saying?

The questioner: Yes, that they do not perform ruqyah
and they do not perform ruqyah ولا يسترقون
and in this hadith:
He ordered me to blow upon him with the Mu'awwidhat أمرني أن أنفث عليه بالمعوذات
Does the command to blow not count as a type of ruqyah?

The Shaykh: Who was the one reciting?

The questioner: Aisha.

The Shaykh: Ah, he was the one reciting and she was blowing upon him, and she would extend her hand (peace be upon him) to the part of the body that his hands could not reach.

The questioner: He was the one reciting?

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : ... . .

Another questioner: Is there in the hadith that the brother mentioned from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that she was the one who was reciting? Is there a wording, for example? If so, how did this confusion arise for him?

The Shaykh: I cannot answer your question, but what I know is that he was the one reciting, and in his death illness he was unable to extend his hands over his body because of the illness, so he would order her to blow and extend her hands over the body that the Messenger could not do that for.

The questioner: If something of this is authentic?

The Shaykh: If something of this is authentic, what do you mean?

The questioner: Of the request for recitation and blowing.

The Shaykh: That he was the one ordering her to recite.

The questioner: To recite and blow.

The Shaykh: The answer is also that there is no contradiction, because the first hadith is to be understood as applying to one who is able to perform ruqyah on himself, so if it is authentic as Abu Faris asked that in a narration he was ordering her to recite upon him, then it falls under this category which does not contradict the hadith of the seventy thousand.
