What is the ruling on swearing a divorce oath that something did not happen, when it actually did happen before that, but the one who swore was forgetful?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A man swore a divorce oath while forgetful, meaning he intended to swear a divorce oath, but he was forgetful about the matter. For example, a man deposited something with him. At some point, he said, "Give me this thing?" At that time, he took it from him and then returned it to him again, so he deposited it with him in the place. After a period, he said, "Give me the thing?" He said, "I gave it to you yesterday." So he swore and said to him, "I am divorced if I gave it to you at that time." He said to him, "I did not take it from you." After a period, he was looking in the same place and found the thing. So what is the ruling on the divorce oath here?

The Shaykh : He owes nothing,
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
