The Ruling on Divorce by Writing

When I traveled, I asked my wife to stay with my mother and father, but after I left, she left the house and went to her parents' home. When I learned of this, I wrote a paper saying: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced, and I am free of you." Please advise me on my situation. May Allah reward you with good.
Answer: This requires your presence with her and her guardian at the court to look into the matter and issue a ruling on what is required, or refer the matter to me and I will look into it, if Allah wills. Yes.
