The ruling on one who divorces his third wife while angry

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a letter submitted by the listener Hasan ibn Hasan, a Yemeni national residing in al-Qawiyah. He says: I was married to a woman, and a disagreement arose between us, so I divorced her for the first time, and she was returned to me. Then a second cause arose, so I divorced her for the second time, and she was returned to me. In the third instance, she made false claims, saying that I had prepared poison and sorcery for her. I became angry over this matter, so I divorced her, even though I have a son and a daughter from her. It has been about four years since our separation, and she has not married anyone else until now. I now want her, and she wants me. Is it valid for me to take her back, and what should I do to make that happen?

Answer:
He must appear before the honorable judge of al-Qawiyah, along with the woman and her guardian, so that the statements of everyone are recorded, and to determine whether his anger in the last instance was severe due to her ugly words or not.
Then we will look into the matter. He should bring it to us, and we will look into the matter, if Allah wills. Since he is in al-Qawiyah, he should appear before the honorable judge. The judge will either issue a ruling for him, or write down his statement, the woman's statement, and her guardian's statement, and clarify his anger: whether it was severe or not, and its causes. Then we will look into the matter, if Allah wills. Then that will be communicated either through the radio or through writing. Yes.
