What is the meaning of "the community of Muslims" in the hadith?

What is meant by the community of Muslims mentioned in the hadiths, that whoever leaves it deviates into the Fire, and that it is obligatory to pledge allegiance to them? Then what are the types of valid pledges from the Book and the Sunnah?

The community of Muslims are those who adhere to the command of Allah, and who act in accordance with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). These are the community of Muslims in any place, as in the hadith of Hudhayfah, who said: "O Messenger of Allah, we were in a state of ignorance and evil, then Allah brought us this good. Is there any evil after this good?" He said: . I said: "O Messenger of Allah, is there any good after that evil?" He said: . I said: "What is its smoke?" He said: . I said: "Is there any evil after that good?" He said: . I said: "O Messenger of Allah, describe them to us." He said: . I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you command me to do if I encounter that?" He said: . I said: "What if they have no community and no imam?" He said: .
The community of Muslims are those who adhere to Islam and follow the path of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), even if they are few, in any part of the earth, in any region. The adhering community in America is the community of Muslims, and the adhering community in London is the community of Muslims, and the adhering community in France, for example, or the Netherlands, or such places, is the community. And so is the adhering community in any place: in the Arabian Peninsula, in Egypt, in the Levant, in Indonesia.
The meaning is those who adhere to the command of Allah, are upright upon it, and call to it. These are the adhering community. You must adhere to them and increase their numbers wherever you are, in the region where you are.
