The Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) dislike of people standing up for him
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : From "Sahih al-Adab al-Mufrad" is the hadith of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "No one was more beloved to them in sight than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and they did not stand up for him because of what they knew of his dislike of that." Thus, the best of all generations, both those before them and those after them, did not stand up for the best of mankind and the most excellent among them, who is Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). So which man deserves this standing? And who are the men who do the opposite of what his Companions (peace be upon him) used to do?
