The Deception and Deceit of Hasan al-Saqaf

The student : Regarding al-Saqaf, one of the strange things is that last Ramadan he came to Makkah and wanted to bring in some of his books, I think it was *Daf' Shubhat al-Tashbih* or something like that. So he covered them with covers from some of the books of Ibn Taymiyyah, the Shaykh al-Islam, and put them in many cartons. Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd tells me about this, saying he personally came upon these books.

The Shaykh : This is deception.
The student : Ah, the cover is Ibn Taymiyyah’s, and inside are al-Saqaf’s books.

The Shaykh: Allah is the Greatest!
