What is the ruling on marrying with the intention of divorce? What is its ruling in the Shari'ah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is your opinion, O Shaykh, on marrying with the intention of divorce? What is its ruling in the Shari'ah?

Answer:
Answer: This resembles mut'ah. Marriage is not to be entered into with the intention of divorce, but rather with the intention of permanence. If she is suitable for him, praise be to Allah, and he continues with her. If she is not suitable for him, he divorces her. However, concealing the intention to divorce at the time of the contract causes harm to the rights of the woman and her guardians, because they married him on the condition that it be a permanent marriage, while he intends it to be temporary. This is not permissible.
