Does the worker eat from the meat of the 'Id sacrifice?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 18711 )
Q: I brought a man to work for me as a builder, and I stipulated with him, in addition to the daily wage, that he would be fed: that is, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This was in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah. Two days after the festival of sacrifice, he came to work and ate from the meat of the festival sacrifice. Since it is forbidden to sell the meat of the festival sacrifice, and the employer included food as a condition, is it permissible for me to eat from the sacrifice or not?
A: There is no harm in the worker, with whom you stipulated that you would provide him with lunch or dinner, eating from the meat of your sacrifice. This is not considered selling the meat of the sacrifice, because it is given to him and to others.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
