Q1: I performed the obligatory Hajj, and praise be to Allah, and out of my ignorance during the sa'y
I started with al-Safa and ended with it, and I considered that a lap, and so I did seven laps . After I returned, I learned from a friend of mine that the lap is between al-Safa and al-Marwah , and the return is from al-Marwah to al-Safa . My question: Do I owe anything for this mistake, or what should I do? May Allah reward you with good .
A1 : Your sa'y is valid, and the extra sa'y you did was a mistake that was excused for you due to ignorance, and do not return to such a thing again. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
