Touching a child’s awrah: Does it invalidate the wudu?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q1: A man asked me, saying: Sometimes my wife is in a state of wudu for prayer, and one of her children soils himself with urine or feces, so she is forced to wash him
and clean him of the impurity, and she touches his awrah, and then she renews her wudu. It may be difficult for her to renew it, and she asks about the ruling in this case: does her action invalidate the wudu or not?

The questioner : Touching the front or back private parts of a child, whether young or old, without a barrier invalidates the ablution; due to the hadith of the navel :
He who touches his penis should perform ablution.من مس ذكره فليتوضأ
Sunan Abi Dawud 181Sahih (Al-Albani)
, and this is the view of a group of scholars. Therefore, the questioner's wife must renew her ablution if her hand touches the front or back private parts of her child. She can use a glove when cleaning her child so that her hand does not directly touch the child's private parts, which would invalidate her ablution.

Q2: A person bought camel meat at the beginning of Ramadan and ground a part of it to use as stuffing for food eaten at iftar, such as sambusa. He would perform wudu before the adhan, break his fast, and eat the sambusa stuffed with camel meat, and pray without renewing his wudu, forgetting that he had bought camel meat, for ten days, both he and his wife. What is the ruling on his previous prayers, and does he have to make them up?
A2: Eating camel meat invalidates the wudu, whether eaten alone or mixed with something else, as in the questioner’s case. The person who eats camel meat must make up the prayers he performed while in a state of ritual impurity, even if he was forgetting that what he ate was camel meat; because forgetfulness has no effect in this matter, but its effect is to remove the sin from the one who did it.
