Q1: Is it permissible for a person to recite the Shaf' and Witr prayers aloud?
A1: It is permissible to recite aloud or quietly in the Shaf' and Witr prayers, and reciting aloud is better if no one is bothered by it; because that is part of the night prayer, and it is prescribed to recite aloud in the night prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
