Leasing a property through multiple contracts within the same year

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: A company named Taybah for Investment and Real Estate Development owns a residential tower consisting of a number of residential units (apartments). It leases the tower's units (apartments) on a partial, long-term basis, such that each residential unit is leased for a specific period (one week or one month) in each year for several years to one tenant, and to other persons for the remaining (days, weeks, or months) of the year. For example, one tenant leases an apartment in the month of Ramadan of every year for ten years or more, and another leases the same apartment in the month of Shawwal of every year for ten years or more, and so on. Thus, a person leases a specific apartment, identified by its number, floor, and number of rooms, for a defined period with known start and end dates for entry and exit, by day and Hijri date (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar ), in each of the years the tenant leases it. Many of the brothers who are tenants of these apartments have inquired about the ruling on this type of leasing. Therefore, we hope you will inform us of the ruling on this lease and acting upon it, asking the Exalted and Almighty to grant you success in all good.
