Selling diamonds on installment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: We inform you that we are in the process of selling diamond sets on installment. According to our knowledge, it is not permissible to sell gold on installment, and since a diamond set contains diamond stones in addition to a weight of gold, we will, in order to avoid the prohibition of selling gold on installment, assess the weight of the gold in the diamond set to be paid in cash, and the installment will begin with the price of the raw diamond material. We ask you to inform us of the ruling from the perspective of Islamic law in this regard: is it permissible or not?
A: If the gold is separated in the sale and sold for cash that is received in the meeting, and the material with it other than the gold is sold separately according to what you agree upon, whether immediately or deferred, then there is no harm, as the concern is removed in that.
