The one who was advised did not accept the advice

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q5: A questioner says: His brother engages in some harassment or something similar, and I advise him. Sometimes he accepts the advice, and sometimes he does not. Is
there any sin on the one who advises?
What is the punishment for the harasser? And what is the remedy?

A5: There is nothing on the one who advises; rather, he is rewarded, even if the one who was advised does not accept the advice. This is because he is doing good, and there is no path for the one who does good. The harasser is sinful because he is committing a forbidden matter. It is obligatory to impose a discretionary punishment on him if he does not repent.
