Training students in the adhkar after prayer
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 20107 )
Q 3: What is the ruling on training students in the adhkar concluding the prayer or in tasbih collectively and at a loud voice ?
A 3 : Students should be taught the adhkar and supplications and encouraged to memorize them in accordance with what Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) have prescribed. However, they should not be asked to perform them collectively and at a loud voice, because that is a religious innovation (bid'ah) that contradicts the original practice and has no evidence for it. Nor should students be accustomed to or raised on religious innovation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
