He has workers who do not pray in congregation except on Friday

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 17597 )
Q 3: A man has workers in a company, some of whom are non-Muslims, some are Muslims, and some claim to be Muslims, but they do not attend the congregational prayer for a long period. We have advised them several times, but they did not listen to us, even though they admit themselves that they do not pray in congregation except on Friday. And I hate these forms for the sake of Allah, but my elder brother
says: Their work is good. What should we do? Please give us a ruling on this, may you be rewarded.

A 3: It is obligatory for one who has Muslim workers to order them to pray and encourage them to do so, to make them desire it, and to provide them with the opportunity to be able to perform it. It is not permissible for him to keep them with him while they are determined to abandon the congregational prayer; because his silence regarding that is evidence of approval of it, so he becomes a partner with them in the sin, and an assistant to them in falsehood and affirming what is wrong. And Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, says:
And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:2]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
