The ruling on taking a fee from one's workers for the place of work

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The honorable Shaykh (may Allah preserve him): A man has a tailor shop and he and his workers, who work under his sponsorship, agreed that he would take from them at the end of the month a sum of money amounting to five hundred riyals, in exchange for the rent of the place where they work. They are content and pleased with this. Is this permissible for him?
This action is not permissible; because it is forbidden for a person to bring in workers, place them in this shop to work, and take from them five hundred riyals every month, or less or more; because it is an injustice to these workers. The worker may earn five hundred in the month, or he may not. Then, in my opinion, it is contrary to the regulations of the rulers, and the rulers must be obeyed in what they have regulated, as long as there is no disobedience to Allah involved.
