The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19772 )
Q 2: The episode (an episode for the recitation of the Noble Qur'an) — did they not prostrate in prostration of recitation until after the sun had risen?
A 2: Prostration of recitation is recommended at all times, according to the correct view, when a person recites a verse containing a prostration. If they are a group listening to a reciter, they do not prostrate unless the reciter prostrates. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
