Whoever prays it is written among the penitents. May Allah prolong your life?
A5: The Prayer of the Penitents is the Duha prayer when the heat of the sun becomes intense. It is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 748a And the scorching sand, when you are scorched by the sun, you cannot bear the heat of its sand. As for the prayer after the voluntary prayer of Maghrib by reciting al-Fatihah and Surat al-Zalzalah fifteen times, we do not know any basis for it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
