What is the meaning of al-sadl and what is its ruling, and does an untied ghutrah fall under it or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa numbered ( 17930 )
Q 4: What is the meaning of al-sadl and what is its ruling, and does an untied ghutrah fall under it or not?
A 4: Al-sadl in prayer is disliked. It is: throwing a garment over one’s shoulders without bringing its ends around to the chest. An untied ghutrah on the head does not fall under it, because placing it there is not al-sadl. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
