The time for combining the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers for the traveler

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 20767 )
Q 1: What is the ruling for a traveler who prays the combined Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers after the time for Maghrib has passed and before the time for the 'Isha' prayer has entered ?
And what is required of him?

A 1: The time for the Maghrib prayer ends with the disappearance of the red twilight, and then the time for the 'Isha' prayer enters immediately without a time gap. So, if the traveler prays Maghrib after the twilight has disappeared, and he had intended to combine them by delaying them to 'Isha', then he has done correctly, and praise be to Allah. Likewise, if he prays 'Isha' with Maghrib before the red twilight sets, that is permissible, and this combination would be a combination by advancing. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
