The one who missed part of the prayer from among the followers advancing to lead as imam

The first question of Fatwa number ( 14167 )
Q 1: I missed the Maghrib prayer and arrived during the final prostration of the last rak'ah, and I was in the left row. There were people to my right who had missed one or two rak'ahs. When the imam said the taslim, I advanced to lead them. How should this be handled? Some of them will sit after the first tashahhud to say the salam after the first rak'ah, and some will sit for the first tashahhud after the first rak'ah to stand up for the second rak'ah. What should both the imam and the followers do?
A 1 : If a follower who missed part of the prayer advances to lead as imam, he prays what he missed from the prayer as if he were not an imam. As for the latecomers who follow him, they pray with him what remains of their prayer, then they wait after the first tashahhud. When the imam says the taslim, they say it after him. If any part of their prayer remains, they perform it after the imam's taslim. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
