The Supplication for Completing the Qur'an Attributed to the Shaykh al-Islam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of the fatwa number ( 5042 )
Q 6: Is there anything in the supplication for completing the Qur'an attributed to Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah , and what is obligatory to do in the Sunnah when completing the Noble Qur'an ?
A 6 : The supplication attributed to Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah when completing the Qur'an, we do not know its authenticity from him, and we have not found it in any of his books. However, its attribution to him has become well-known, and we do not know of any harm in it. If a person supplicates with other supplications, there is no harm in that; because there is no evidence specifying a particular supplication.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
