The first question of Fatwa number ( 20939 )
Q 1: There is an imam who leads us in prayer in every congregational prayer with loud recitation. He recites the end of Surat al-Baqarah, and when he reaches:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] the followers say: (Ameen) loudly. Is this established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? And if it is not established, what is the ruling on praying behind them? Please give us a ruling, may Allah reward you.
A 1: Raising the voice with "Ameen" after reciting the end of Surat al-Baqarah in prayer is a religious innovation (bid'ah). It is obligatory to advise the one who does this to abandon it; however, it does not invalidate the prayer.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
