Cooling off before the midday prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 18952 )
Q 3: What is the ruling on cooling off before the midday prayer , given that there are countries that are hot all year round? Are they permitted to cool off before praying, or should they not cool off until the heat rises above the usual level, such as going from 40 to 50?
A 3: Cooling off before the midday prayer is prescribed if the weather is hot, in order to alleviate the intensity of the heat, even if that is the case for the entire year; based on the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When it is very hot, then wait for it to cool down before you pray, for intense heat is from the flaring up of the Hell-fire.إذا اشتد الحر فأبردوا بالصلاة فإن شدة الحر من فيح جهنم
Sunan Ibn Majah 677Sahih (Darussalam)
It was narrated by the group.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
