A2: Bid'ah is the plural of bid'ah, and it is what has been newly introduced into the religion. It is obligatory for the Muslim to stay away from them and be cautious of them; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 1718b , and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan Abi Dawud 4607Sahih (Al-Albani) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
