Q: It was reported about a woman that she killed a beast, killed a cat, and confined a chicken, and all three of these were the cause of their death. What is the ruling on this woman if she did not do it intentionally? What is obligatory upon her?
A: It is obligatory for the woman who caused the death of an animal to repent and seek forgiveness for what occurred regarding her killing and confining of the animal, along with paying the value of the animal, if it was owned by its owner.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
