A 4: It is permissible to speak with disbelievers, men and women, provided there is safety from fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), and that it is only to the extent of need. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
