Is it permissible for a Muslim man to invite disbelievers, men and women?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The second part of the question: some of the brothers, my brother is studying at the University of Hungary. There is a trend toward Islam there and here. So, is it permissible for a Muslim brother, for example, when he invites some of the Europeans who come here through tourism, is it permissible for him, for example, when he talks to them, whether they are men and women, is this permissible for him?

The Shaykh : If he is married and chaste in character, it is permissible; otherwise, it is not.

The questioner : Otherwise, it is not. Now, what if our brother is single?

The Shaykh : That is enough; we have received the answer.

The questioner : In Europe, he is a student studying in Europe and he is single.

The Shaykh : It is not permissible. He must secure his own state before anything else
O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ لا يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إذَا اهْتَدَيْتُمْ
