Q 3: In many cases, a man takes an oath by placing his hand on the mushaf, is this method valid, or is it sufficient to take an oath by saying: "By Allah"?
A 3: It is sufficient for a person to take an oath by Allah without placing his hand on the mushaf. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
