Q5: What is the ruling on the Shi'ah groups that exist now, do we declare them disbelievers, even though some of them believe that Jibril (peace be upon him) made a mistake in the message and descended upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) instead of our master 'Ali (may Allah honor his face).
A5: Whoever among the Shi'ah believes what was mentioned is a disbeliever; because of his insult to
his Lord and to Jibril and Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon them both). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
