Q 2: Do the evening dhikr come after the 'Asr prayer or after the setting of the sun? That is, after the Maghrib prayer?
A 2: The evening dhikr begin from the zenith of the sun until its setting, and in
the early part of the night. The morning dhikr begin from the appearance of the dawn until the zenith of the sun. Allah the Exalted said:[Taha 20:130] And He the Exalted said: [Al-A'raf 7:205] Al-Asal is the plural of asil, which is: the time between 'Asr and Maghrib. And He the Exalted said: [Ar-Rum 30:17-18] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting
وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَاAnd remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear without being apparent in speech - in the mornings and the evenings
وَاذْكُرْ رَبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِ(17) So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning. (18) And to Him is [due all] praise throughout the heavens and the earth. And [exalted is He] at night and when you are at noon.
فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ (17) وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ
