Q5: What is the meaning of Shari'ah policy?
A5: Shari'ah policy is based on the Book and the Sunnah, through justice from the ruler and obedience from the subjects, as in the saying of Allah the Exalted:[An-Nisa 4:58] up to His saying: [An-Nisa 4:59] the two verses. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ
