Q 1: Are the maternal uncles, paternal uncles, maternal aunts, and paternal aunts of my father, as well as those of my mother, all considered my maternal uncles, paternal uncles, and aunts, and those of my children? Please advise us, may Allah reward you.
A 1: The maternal uncles, paternal uncles, maternal aunts, and paternal aunts of the father are considered maternal uncles and paternal uncles to the sons and their sons, and they are mahram (forbidden to marry) to the maternal and paternal aunts. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
