The first question of Fatwa number ( 12591 )
Q 1: We migrated with our religion and left our country, intending the sacred land of Allah. We migrated from our country because they fight the lawful dress for women, and also fight the brother who is committed to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. We migrated to your safe country, where there is Islam and security. We fled with our religion in order to live in a country that applies the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. My husband, O my master, has been a teacher for three years, and this is his fourth year. And, praise be to Allah, before he was a teacher, he was a brother committed to his religion, calling upon our Lord in every small matter
and large matter. In this year, he was surprised to learn that this is his last year. He also tried more than once to renew the contract again but did not get any result. Did we make a mistake when we asked the person? Because I read a hadith that says:
When you ask, ask Allah, and when you seek aid, seek Allah's aid.إذا سألت فاسأل الله وإذا استعنت فاستعن بالله
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2516Hasan (Darussalam)
Does this mean that we entrust our affairs to Allah and do not ask anyone? All our hopes are to find work so that my husband can work and we can live in this Muslim country. And in Surat al-Nisa there is a verse:
Was not the earth of Allah spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةً فَتُهَاجِرُوا فِيهَا
[An-Nisa 4:97]
So I ask you to tell us what we should do? May Allah reward you with good
.

A 1: Allah the Exalted commanded His servants to cooperate with one another in righteousness and piety. So He, the Exalted, said:
cooperate in righteousness and pietyوَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى
[Al-Ma'idah 5:2]
And He encouraged them to help the Muslim brother in fulfilling his needs. So whoever is in the need of his brother, Allah will be in his need. And it is established in the hadith:
A faithful believer to a faithful believer is like the bricks of a wall, enforcing each other.أن المؤمن للمؤمن كالبنيان يشد بعضه بعضًا
Sahih al-Bukhari 481
narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim and al-Tirmidhi and al-Nasa'i , and a person seeking the help of his Muslim brother in his life in what he is able to do is permissible. And among that is seeking intercession through him in fulfilling his interests. And it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Help and recommend him and you will receive the reward for it; and Allah will bring about what He will through His Prophet's tongue.اشفعوا تؤجروا، ويقضي الله على لسان نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم ما شاء
Sahih al-Bukhari 1432
narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim and Abu
Dawud and al-Nasa'i and al-Tirmidhi. So there is no blame on you in asking whoever can intercede for you in the matters you mentioned that the created being is able to do. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his companions
