Her sister carried her and strangled her, so she died

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 2: I also had a newborn, and I do not remember her age. Her sister had been carrying her, and it appears that her sister did not hold her in the correct position. When we took her to the doctor, he said she had an airway obstruction. She did not survive more than a day after that and then passed away. Is there a sin on her sister who was carrying her? Her age was approximately 8 years old. And is there a sin on me? If so, how do I expiate my sin? Please inform us, and may Allah reward you with good.
A2: There is no expiation on the sister of this child for the death of her sister; because when she was carrying her sister, she was a minor who had not reached puberty, so she is not accountable; therefore, she is not held responsible for it. And there is no sin or expiation on her parents for the death of this
newborn; because they did not cause her death. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
