Does the husband have the right to take back his wife after khul'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 33 )
Q2: He divorced his second wife (K. M. M) via khul' for a compensation of three thousand riyals, which he received in the session of the khul'. Is she permissible for him? End. And among the attachments is a document proving this khul' with witnesses.
After the Committee studied the inquiry and the two documents, it wrote the following answer: Since the attached document states that the khul' took place between you and your wife for three thousand riyals, which you received from her in the session of the contract, and the document contains two witnesses—then the khul' has taken place, so your wife is not permissible for you except with a new contract, with its conditions and her consent, and the signature was obtained accordingly. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
